Inside the story of Hop & Vine Taproom with Co-Owner Connor Rasmussen
Immerse yourself in the inspiring story of Hop & Vine Taproom, as Co-owner Connor Rasmussen shares the passion and dedication that brought this local gem to life. In this exclusive interview conducted by local realtor, Desiree Baltimore of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, discover the journey from concept to reality and the unique vision that drives Hop & Vine Taproom in Stamford, CT.
Owners Sakarin (Sak) Seedasome, Matthew Ventura & Connor Rasmussen, first had the idea to open a pour-your-own taproom after seeing the concept in other states. When they realized the setup was illegal in Connecticut, they started working with state lawmakers to change that.
Connecticut was one of the last states to legalize the technology. The Nutmeg State legalized the technology in 2021.
